We have taken every care to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition. We hope that you love your purchase, however, if you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the item to us within 14 days.
Please note personalised/bespoke items, and pierced jewellery are non returnable.
Unwanted items that have been purchased online may be returned to us for a refund (not including original delivery costs) within 14 days after receipt of goods. Items paid for using a PayPal account will be refunded back into the same PayPal account.
Unwanted items may also be returned to our Hersham store for exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of receipt. Please note we are unable to offer refunds in store unless faulty, and we can only offer in store exchange or credit if proof of purchase is presented.
We always check items before dispatch, however if in the unlikely event your item arrives faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, by either emailing us at email@example.com, or telephoning us on 01932 252244.
Faulty items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund. If goods prove to be faulty, we will also refund initial postage costs up to the value of our standard delivery rate. (Orders using Economy delivery will be refunded the value of Economy delivery, orders placed using Standard, Standard Signed For and Express delivery will be refunded the value of Standard delivery). Orders made using PayPal will be refunded back into your PayPal account.
Faulty items may also be returned to our Hersham store, with proof of purchase.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 7 days of placing your order. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
All returns must be accompanied with a completed returns form which will come enclosed with your order. Should you need an extra copy, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please allow 30 days after receipt of returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will send you conformation of receipt of returned goods via email. All purchases made using PayPal will be refunded back into your PayPal account.
Ashton House are not responsible for any return postal and packaging costs. These costs must be covered by the customer, and we advise you to obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds in store, unless an item is faulty. We will offer an exchange or store credit on items returned in store within 14 days of receipt. Proof of purchase MUST be presented.
Returns are subject to product being returned in perfect condition, and with any original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for customer damaged items.
